Primaloft Bio Pillow – vegan, soft and allergy-friendly
Our Primaloft Bio pillow offers snug sleep comfort without any animal materials. The innovative Primaloft Bio fiber is soft, supportive and particularly hygienic – ideal for allergy sufferers, vegans and anyone looking for an easy-care alternative to down pillows.
Comfort without compromise
The Primaloft Bio fiber gently adapts to the head and neck, does not absorb moisture and permanently retains its shape. Unlike cheaper first-generation synthetic pillows, Primaloft Bio is highly breathable and feels significantly softer and more natural. The result: more restful sleep night after night.
Individually adjustable height
The pillow adapts to your sleeping position: If it is too high, remove some filling – if it is too flat, add more. This way, you can find the height at which the head and spine form a straight line, regardless of whether you sleep on your side, back or stomach.
Free replacement filling: If you buy a Primaloft Bio pillow from us, you can order additional filling material free of charge if needed – simply contact us via the contact page.

Frequently asked questions
Is a Primaloft Bio pillow as good as a down pillow?
It feels similarly soft but is easier to care for: washable at 60°C, quick-drying and completely animal-free. A down pillow is slightly more snug and naturally regulates moisture particularly well. Find out more in the Comparison Primaloft Bio vs. Down.
40 × 80 or 80 × 80 cm – which size is right?
40 × 80 cm is ideal for side sleepers because the pillow does not slip under the shoulder. 80 × 80 cm is the classic pillow for anyone who likes to have lots of pillows to snuggle with. Find out more in the guide Pillow 40 × 80 or 80 × 80?
Can I change the pillow height?
Yes. Remove filling if the pillow is too high and add more if it is too flat. It is best to change the height in small steps and test it for a few nights. How to find the right height is explained in the guide Pillow Height & Neck Pain.
Will I receive replacement filling?
Yes. As a buyer of the Primaloft Bio pillow, you can order additional filling material free of charge if needed – simply contact us via the contact page.
Is the pillow suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes. It contains no animal materials, offers no breeding ground for dust mites and can be washed at 60°C.
Is the pillow really vegan?
Yes, the filling and cover are completely free from animal materials.
