In short: Your warmth preference determines the warmth rating (summer, all-season, or winter), your values determine the material (natural down or vegan Primaloft Bio), and your body height determines the length: 200 cm is sufficient for up to 1.85 m; if you are taller, choose 220 cm.

Answer three simple questions – and you'll know which duvet from our range is the best fit for you.

Step 1: What is your warmth preference?

If you …	… then choose	Room temperature
get cold quickly and sleep cold	Winter duvet with a high fill weight	below 18 °C
have a normal warmth preference	All-season duvet	approx. 18–22 °C
sweat at night or sleep warm	Summer duvet with a low fill weight	from approx. 22 °C

Winter duvet: The high fill weight keeps you warm even at bedroom temperatures below 18 °C.
All-season duvet: It provides sufficient warmth on cool nights and does not cause overheating at warmer temperatures.
Summer duvet: The low fill weight prevents heat buildup and reliably transports moisture outward.

Step 3: Which size do you need?

Rule of thumb: A duvet with a length of 200 cm is sufficient for a body height of up to 1.85 m. If you are taller than 1.85 m, choose the longer 220 cm duvet. For more precise information, use our size guide.
